TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Once a booking is confirmed, we require a 50% deposit to be paid within 2 working days. The balance would be payable 21 days before arrival date. Please note that you would not be granted access to the resort if the full balance has not been paid by arrival date. 

A cancellation received during peak season...
more than 1 month prior to travel a 50% cancellation fee will charged less than 1 month prior to travel a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

A cancellation received out of season...
more than 1 month prior to travel a 30% cancellation fee will charged less than 1 month prior to travel a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
